Snowing Down South

Band

Snowing Down South is a South African alternative rock band formed in 2011. The act ruled campus rock radio and their single, 'It's not your fault' held the number 1 spot for close to 2 months on Tuks FM.

Snowing owed a lot of their early success to their ability to channel American and British rock through their own raw, distinctive sound. Effortlessly switching between different subgenres.
Depending on who you ask, Snowing is an Indie, Alternative or even progressive rock band.

In 2015 the members went their separate ways and the band was reformed in 2023 after getting together and listening to the old songs on a late night out.

As of this writing, the boys are working on their EP, titled 'No such place as far away,' and are eager to show off their new, polished sound.
